Requirements

• Strong experience in the technical recruitment domain – Preferably within Software Product Development Companies.
• The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial mindset and must be driven by results.
• Strong experience in managing a team and leading business development initiatives and managing KPI’s.
• Strong network and relations with clients
• A highly energetic and strong desire to succeed is a must
