Overview

The role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to data validation, and developing hiring plans that align with our organizational goals. You'll be responsible for generating new leads and acquiring clients, negotiating proposals and offers, and managing key accounts. Additionally, driving revenue generation is a key aspect of this role. Your responsibilities also include sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, analyzing hiring needs, and forecasting employee hiring requirements. You'll execute selection procedures, conduct interviews, and identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process. To fill challenging roles, you'll utilize various sourcing methods. Maintaining open communication and a collaborative culture within the team is crucial. You'll guide, mentor, and delegate tasks to team members while motivating and engaging them to achieve our objectives.

Requirements

  • 6+ Years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of full recruitment cycle and different sourcing techniques
  • Strong leadership skills and people management skills
  • Well-read about current trend in “IT Software Product Hiring space”
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Should hold result orientation & be self-driven
